Every project starts with site evaluation and foundation planning. The type of foundation — concrete pad, pressure-treated skids, or a gravel and block system — is determined by the shed size, the soil conditions, and the intended use. Getting the foundation right is everything: a shed that shifts, heaves, or settles will develop door alignment problems, roof leaks at the ridge, and structural racking issues. We plan and build foundations that stay put.

Framing uses properly spaced, plumb, and square studs with correct header sizing over door and window openings. Roof rafters are cut to consistent dimensions with the correct pitch for water shedding, and ridge boards are properly sized to prevent long-term sag. Sheathing is nailed at the right intervals and oriented correctly for structural diaphragm strength. These details aren't visible in the finished product — they're the reason the finished product still looks right 15 years later.

Our exterior finishes include Hardie board siding, LP SmartSide, T1-11, or standard wood siding depending on your preferences and budget. Roofing uses architectural shingles with proper ice-and-water shield at the eaves and proper felt underlayment across the full deck. All trim and fascia is caulked, primed, and painted for weather resistance. Doors hang plumb and square, with hardware that works smoothly on day one and every day after.

Interior options range from bare-framed utility storage to fully insulated, drywalled, and finished spaces with electricity, lighting, and dedicated circuits for tools or workshop equipment. We handle the full scope, and we coordinate electrical rough-in with a licensed electrician when the project requires it.
